This website contains material that is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes but is not limited to all texts, images, graphics, logos, multimedia, documents, and web design. CFT expressly reserves all copyright and trademark in all documents and information, our materials may not be distributed, modified, or reposted to other websites without our authorization. We reserve the right to take action against you if you breach any of these terms.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

From time to time your child may be photographed or filmed on video while undertaking CFT's Training sessions, tournaments, camps, and events, such footage might be used for marketing and advertising purposes, including but not limited to reproduction on the CFT website and social media platforms such as Facebook. By joining a CFT program you hereby agree to such use by Club France Taiwan. Parents are not allowed to take videos or photographs that include other children without the permission of said parent/guardian. It is your right to request your child’s image not be publicly displayed, if you wish for this not to occur, please email us at club.france.taiwan@gmail.com

OUR PROGRAMS

CFT programs Include but are not limited to football sessions, tournaments, camps, and sports events.

OUR SCHEDULE

Training session timetables, camps, and tournaments are subject to change. While CFT uses its best efforts to operates as per the calendar posted on our website, in some instances changes are required due to unforeseen circumstances. No guarantee is made that classes will run 100% as per the advertised calendar/schedule. Any changes will be communicated via LINE group to those affected prior to the commencement of the class/event.

WEATHER POLICY

Wet/cold weather: outdoor sessions may be moved, postponed, or canceled in case of heavy rain or bad weather conditions.

Hot weather: outdoor sessions may be moved, postponed, or canceled in case of extreme heat and bad weather conditions.

REFUNDS

A refund will not be granted if:

The child is absent
The child no longer wish to attend
The child is expelled for misconduct
